Our main aims are:
- To provide education & training for local communities
- To empower local people and help them become actively involved
- To provide support for communities to undertake heritage-based projects
- To help create sustainable communities that protect and preserve their local heritage
Our Mission Statement:
‘Involve Heritage CIC seeks to provide new skills and assist in the development of existing ones in order to help local communities learn more about their local area. We will help them to contribute directly to their local heritage, tourism and development and help safeguard this for the future.
Our aim is to provide the skills and practical experience that may not usually be available to the wider community, and support local people in undertaking active fieldwork, research and learning programmes. We will help them explore ways of creating lasting legacies by using art, music, social and digital media’.
